The apartment is located in a good location in the popular Bessungen.
It was completely renovated in late 2012. The apartment has two rooms, 19 and 16 square meters in size, quite a large kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a separate WC. The floor in rooms, hallway and kitchen is laminate, everything inside the apartment is in perfect condition.
From the balcony is possible to see beautiful sunsets over the city and in the mornings the rooms receive sunlight. The apartment is very quiet and the neighbours are nice.
Good shopping within walking distance in 5 minutes (Rewe, Aldi, Neto), tram and bus stops as well. Also the Orangerie park is within walking distance.

The NK are calculated so as to obtain a refund at the end of the accounting period.
The apartment is suitable for flat share.
We can start receiving visits immediately, during work days after 5pm and during the weekends the whole day.
