Wir werden zum 01.11.2016 unsere wunderschöne Wohnung in Darmstadt verlassen und suchen einen geeigneten Nachmieter. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und 2 kleinere Zimmer, die im Moment als Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer dienen. Ein Balkon ist vorhanden. Eine Einbauküche mit Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank ist vorhanden, die übernommen werden sollte. Für WGs ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Die Nachbarn sind größtenteils junge Paare und ein gutes Hausklima ist garantiert! Wir freuen uns auf Nachrichten per SMS, falls wir telefonisch nicht erreichbar sein sollten. Wir rufen dann schnellstmöglich zurück.
Super Verkehrsanbindung in der Innenstadt, Markplatz und Luisenplatz sind in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.
