Die Wohnung ist nicht zu klein aber auch nicht riesig. Da sie unmöbliert übergeben wird, kannst du hier deinen eigenen Ideen freien Lauf lassen. Die Räume sind dank großer Fenster hell. Die Küche nutzt den Platz sehr gut aus. Zu der Wohnung gehört noch ein Keller abteil. Internet ist über Kabel und Telefon verfügbar .
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Der Luisenplatz ist 2 Minute entfernt und es gibt alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Es ist als ob man am Luisenplatz wohnt. Netto ist 100m entfernt und ein Bäckerei ist direkt neben den Haus. Mann muss sich aber an die Lautstärke der Stadt gewöhnen.
Der Einzugstermin ist ab 1.08.19 aber kann sich nach Absprache ändern.
Die Abschlagszahlung ist für die Küche,Waschmaschine,Geschirrspüler,Mikrowelle. Der Abschlag ist Verhandlungsbasis.
