Die Whg liegt im 2. OG eines 4-Familienhauses. Sie hat 3 "Schlafzimmer" für 3 WG´ler und ein Wohnzimmer für "alle". Die Zimmer haben eine Größe von 2 x 15 qn und 1 x 17 qm.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Spüle, einem Herd und einem kleinen Kühlschrank von den Vormietern.Im Wohnzimmer steht eine Couch und ein Wohnzimmertisch, ebenfalls von den Vormiertern.
Heizung erfolgt mittels einem Brennwertkessel in der Wohnung. Strom und Gas müssen vom Mieter angemeldet werden.
Die Whg liegt im Zentrum in TU Nähe. Ausserdem ist der "Herrngarten" ebenfalls fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Haltestellen von Straßenbahn und Bus sind ca. 200 m entfernt.
Es werden 3 Personen gesucht, die eine neue WG bilden.
