You will have the appartment completely to yourself, ready for a stress-free and good time in Darmstadt!
The appartment is ideal for a single person or a couple wanting to share the queensize bed (1.4 x 2.0m). The appartment complex has an elevator and a garage with a parking lot you can use. You will have access to all rooms incl. a storage room. Washing mashine and dishwasher as well as microwave, toaster, coffee mashine can be used just like the large TV in the living room.
Die Wohnung liegt absolut ideal, falls du die bestmögliche Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel oder die Autobahn suchst. Das Appartment liegt in einem modernen Wohnkomplex direkt an der Kreuzung Rhein-/Neckar-Straße und ist aufgrund ihrer Ausrichtung zum großen Hinterhof trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein 5-minütiger Spaziergang führt dich direkt in das Zentrum der Stadt und viele der großen Unternehmen befinden sich innerhalb eines Radius von 3km. Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 2-10min zu Fuß zu erreichen und falls du mal zu faul zum Kochen bist, findest du eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe - von Mexikanisch, Griechisch, Japanisch bis zu Japanisch.

The appartment is absolutely ideal, if you are willing to have the best connection to public transport and the highway. The appartment is located in a complex directly at the junction Rhein-Neckar-Straße, however, very quiet as it faces towards the large backyard. A 5 min walk brings you directly to the city center and many major companies of the city are within a radius of 3km.
Grocery stores are also close by (2-10min walking distance). If you are too lazy to cook, you will find many restaurants near the appartment offering food & drinks from mexico, australia, greece, japan and much more.
