Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, 1 große Küche, Balkon, Keller und eigenen Parkplatz.
Einbauküche und Möbel sind vorhanden.
Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet, da die Durchgang zum Schlafzimmer von Wohnzimmer ist.
Die Lage ist optimal!!
Mit Tram 1 und R Bus ist die Hbf sowie die FH in 15 min. erreichbar.
Stadtmitte und TU sind mit Tram 6-7-8 dauert 10 min.
Rewe, Aldi, DM, Post, Tankstelle, McDonalds usw. sind alle 5 min zu Fuß.
Eigene Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür.
