In 15 min erreicht man zu Fuß den Luisenplatz und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto und Alnatura sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle Rheinneckarstraße für Bus und Bahn und auch der Hauptbahnhof sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. An der Straße schräg gegenüber vom Gebäude lassen sich kostenlose Parkplätze finden.
Die Kosten belaufen sich auf: 1020€ Kaution und die warmmiete 680
Die Küche soll für 200€ übernommen werden und die Kleiderschränke können auf Wunsch direkt stehen bleiben.
