Ich suche einen netten Nachmieter ab 01.März 2019 für meine schöne & sehr zentrale Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung in Eberstadt. Es handelt sich um eine 60qm große und helle Wohnung, super Grundriss durch das große Wohn-/Esszimmer und geräumiges Schlafzimmer. Inklusive Kellerraum, Abstellplatz für Fahrrad sowie einen Pkw Stellplatz. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und TV können übernommen werden. Geeignet für Singles oder Pärchen. Bitte keine WG-Anfragen! Gehaltsnachweise werden benötigt. Ich schlage dem Vermieter am Ende passende Kandidaten vor.
Wichtig:
Das Bett soll für 400,00 € Abschlag übernommen werden. NP vor 3 Monaten lag bei 650,00 €. Bett aus Eiche massiv, gutes orthopädisches Lattenrost und Matratze von Bodyguard 140x200cm, immer ein Schoner drauf gewesen.
Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe und fußläufig vorhanden:
Apotheke, Rewe, Bäcker, Friseur, Straßenbahn in 1 min Fußweg, Waldnähe, Restaurants, Eisdiele und Bars auch um die Ecke.
Die Matratze ist von Bett1.de:
Bodyguard Matratze (Sieger Stiftung Warentest), Neupreis im Oktober war 339,00 Euro. Sehr bequem und wie neu. Immer ein Matratzenschoner drauf gewesen.
