Die Wohnung ist in 64347 Grießheim. In der Nähe gibt es alles was für das alltägliche Leben notwendig ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, tegut, Vögele, dm etc. Sparkasse, Videothek, Apotheke sind auch jeweils zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Anbindung nach Darmstadt Innenstadt kommt per Straßenbahn 4 und 9 in regelmäßigen Zeitabständen. Fahrzeit nach DA Luisenplatz etwa 16min.
Zu der Wohnung gibt es eine eigene Garage, die im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist.
