Da sich unsere Wg auflöst suchen wir einen Nachmieter für unsere helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung in der Innenstadt! Die Wohnung hat ein größeres Zimmer mit Balkon zur Straße, und ein kleineres mit Blick in den Innenhof und auf die Stadtkirche! Dazu besitzt sie ein Tageslichtbad mit Duschwanne. Die Küche besitzt eine kleine Einbauküche plus Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank, die wir für 400€ an den NAchmieter verkaufen wollen. Dazu ist in der Warmmiete ein Hausmeisterservice und Reperaturservice mitinbegriffen.
Am Donnerstag, den 05.05.2011, wäre Sammelbesichtigung von 14.00- 16.00 Uhr.
Also einfach vorbei kommen.
