Da wir aus beruflichen Gründen Darmstadt verlassen, wird unsere schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung zum 1.10.2020 frei.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer, eine offene Küche und einen schönen Balkon.
Da wir einen Wasserschaden im Haus hatten, finden derzeit Renovierungsarbeiten im Wohnbereich statt, die bis Oktober wahrscheinlich noch nicht abgeschlossen sind. Das Schlafzimmer ist davon jedoch nicht betroffen.
Die Lage ist optimal: zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Bis zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Roßdörfer Platz) sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß und bis zum Luisenplatz braucht man ca. 15 min zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Nahkauf, Rewe, Aldi) befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Bei Bedarf können einige Möbel und Waschmaschine von uns übernommen/abgekauft werden.
Ein eigener Parkplatz kann bei Bedarf auch angemietet werden.
Besichtigungen ab dem 03.08.2020 möglich.
