Die Wohnung ist 64qm groß und besitzt ein Tageslicht Duschbad, Küche und 3 Zimmer. Ein Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer.
Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden, IKEA standard, Neupreis war etwas über 700€. Als ablöse fände ich 250€ fair.
Alternativ kann ich sie aber auch ins eBay stellen.
Dem Vermieter ist wichtig, dass ihr die Wohnung nicht Verunstaltet und die Miete bezahlt ;)
Fragen stellt ihr am Besten per eMail, da ich Tagsüber nicht Telefonisch zu erreichen bin.
Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Bahnhofsnähe (Fußweg 1 Minute) in der Ortschaft Klein-Gerau. Außerdem gibt es 3 Bäcker und einen Edeka im Ort.
Die Fahrzeit mit dem Zug zum Darmstädter Hbf. dauert zwischen 11 und 13 Minuten.
