We are subletting our beautiful and bright apartment for the period of about two months, since we will be travelling. It is a 3,5 room apartment with a bedroom (1,6 m. double bed), babys room/guestroom (crib, changing table, sleeping couch), living room and office/changing room. We also have a cozy balkony. Energy, WIFI dishwasher and washing mashine is included in the price.
The flat is beautifully located in Berlin Kreuzberg. Close to Bergmannkiez, different parks (Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieckpart) as well as the Tempelhofer Feld. A supermarket is located on the other side of the street. Subway (U6, U7 and S1) are reachable within a 10-min. walk and there is a busstop right infront of the building.
We are looking for a nice person/ couple or little family to stay in our flat while we are gone. We would be happy if you are a rather clean and tidy person and do not mind looking after a place as if its your own. Feel free to reach out to us so we can organize a zoom or meet in person.
