unsere Wohnung (2ZKB) im Martinsviertel wird frei.
Falls ihr auf der Suche seid, würden wir diese gerne in nette Hände abgeben.
Hier ein paar Eckdaten:

Einen Balkon gibt es ebenfalls. Das größere der beiden Zimmer hat große Fensterflächen und ist dadurch sehr hell.
Die Wohnung liegt angenehm ruhig zwischen Mathildenhöhe und Riegerplatz. In direkter nähe zur Haltestelle Taunusplatz (H-Bus, 2min zu Fuß) sowie zur Haltestelle Mathildenhöhe (F-Bus, 4min zu Fuß). Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um sowohl den Campus Lichtwiese oder den Campus Stadtmitte zu erreichen. Das Schlafzimmer ist in Richtung eines Innenhofes gelegen, sodass man problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann.
Gerne möchten wir die Wohnung mit Küche (inkl. Herd, Spülmaschine und neuem Kühlschrank (mit 1,5Jahren Garantie) übergeben.
Hierfür hätten wir gerne noch folgenden Abschlag:
Spülmaschine (Bosch): 200€; Küche allg.: 250€; Kühlschrank (Bomann): 300€
Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Kellerabteil und ein Dachboden, den sich alle Hausbewohner gemeinsam teilen.
