Das Haus liegt gegenüber dem Schulhof der Viktoriaschule, fußläufig entfernt liegen u.a. die Haltestelle Roßdörfer Platz und ein 24 Uhr Rewe. Zur Lichtwiese sind es mit dem Rad ca. 5 Minuten, zur Stadtmitte ebenfalls.
Es gibt eine Staffelmiete, die sich jeden Mai um 3% erhöht. Das Sofa und die Waschmaschine (beide in gutem Zustand) können gratis übernommen werden, weitere Möbel auf Wunsch und nach Absprache.
