Old building (built in the 1920s, rebuilt in the 1950s) with 8 flats. 49 qm in the 3rd floor (incl. basement). Very quiet, but central position in an alley road. The facilities are simple, but the infrastructure is very good.
The flat (no 7 in the layout drawing) consists of a great living room, a separated bedroom, a kitchen (next to the living room), a small entry hall and a refurbished bathroom with a bath. Located in the kitchen is the therm for heating and hot water, also a simple sink. There is a gas access for cooker and oven.
The floor of living and bedroom is made of laminate, kitchen and bathroom have floortiles. Part of the flat is also a cellar. It is possible to spend some relaxing hours in the cozy garden. In front of the house there a lot of (gratis) parking lots.
You can walk by feet to the city center (15 min) and the main station (10 min). Supermarkets, shops, internet cafes, busstops, an underground station and a freeway access are in the direct neighbourhood.
Popular student pubs are very near, also various cinemas.
The flat is located near to the inland port in a multicultural part of the city (center). That means, that there are also a lot of different ethnic shops, hairdressers and foodstores (Asian, African, Russian, Polish etc.).
The "other costs" are average costs for electricity and gas. The real costs can be lower or higher, depending on the delivery company and the individual needs.
