Da wir ausziehen, steht unsere Wohnung ab 1.7.2017 zur Verfügung. Sie ist für Studenten gut geeignet, da sehr nah zur Uni: 10 min Fußweg oder 3 Minuten Bus oder 1 Minute S-Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und Bahn befinden sich vor der Haustür. Kinderkrippe und Kindergarten sind in fußläufiger Umgebung (1-3 min). Parkflächen grenzen an beide Seiten des Hauses, s.d. Hund, Kind und Kegel auf ihre Kosten kommen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus:
zwei Zimmer, offene Küche, 12 qm nicht einsehbarer Balkon, Bad mit Badewanne, Abstellkammer, 2xFlur. Sie befindet sich in der 8. Etage, es gibt einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist neutral weiß renoviert. Wer keine eigene Waschmaschine im Bad aufstellen möchte, kann auch die Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine (Profimaschinen) im Haus nutzen. Die Abstandszahlung von 300,- Euro gilt einmalig für Einbauküche (mit Herd und Kühlschrank) und Theke (mit eingebauten Regalen und Lichtinstallation) zusammen.
