Die Wohnung ist komplett saniert und im Neubau-Standard. Es wurden hochwertige Materialen verbaut. Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken, ist sehr hell und perfekt geschnitten.
In der Wohnung befindet sich eine moderne Einbauküche, die mit zur Miete gehört (Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sind nicht dabei).
Das Bad ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Hier ist auch Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Hochwertige LED-Spots, eine ebene Dusche, Designer-WC-Armaturen und ein moderner Lüfter (mit Belüftungssteuerung) runden alles ab.
Die Küche geht direkt ins Wohnzimmer über. Das Schlafzimmer ist abgetrennt und fast genauso groß, wie das Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Hörde entfernt. Von dort geht es direkt mit der U-Bahn in die Dortmunder Innenstadt. In 5 min Fußweg erreicht man Supermärkte, Apotheken, Friseure, Bäckereien etc. Direkt um die Ecke an der Wohnung ist auch noch ein Kiosk.
Alles ist wirklich in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Der Phoenixsee ist ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. In nichtmal 10 min Fußweg ist man an einem der schönsten Orte Dortmunds.
Vor der Tür findet sich wirklich IMMER ein Parkplatz.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch noch ein großer Kellerraum.
Der Vermieter ist echt super nett und kümmert sich sofort, falls es Probleme gibt.
