Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen nach Rheinland-Pfalz ziehe, suche ich eine(n) Nachmieter/-in für meine 2-Zimmer-DG-Wohnung ab ca. 1.2.13.
Warmiete (inkl. Wasser und Heizung) 270 Euro. Strom extra.
Keine Nebenkostenabrechnung!!!
Es handelt sich um ca. 30 m2 (ca. 11 qm Küche, ca. 14 qm Wohnraum, ca 5 qm Bad/WC), es sind keine Dachschrägen vorhanden, jedoch hohe Decken. Kein Balkon, keine Badewanne. Kleines Duschbad. Vollständig eingerichtete Küche (Schränke/Kühlschrank/Herd) muss kostenlos übernommen werden. Gartennutzung möglich.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig, aber sehr zentral gelegen. Zum Kaufland in Hombruch ist es ein Katzensprung. Die S-Bahn und U-Bahnanbindung ist super, die Nachbarn sind nett und ruhig. Ich habe hier seit 7 Jahren gewohnt und ziehe nur sehr ungern aus.
Mein Vermieter wünscht sich eine ruhige berufstätige Person oder einen Interessenten für eine Zweitwohnung.
