Die Wohnung ist sofort bezugsfähig und befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (2. Etage).
Sie besteht aus 2 Zimmer sowie Küche, Diele und Bad. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Abstellraum auf der Etage.
Die Vormieterin überlässt die Einrichtung gegen eine Abstandszahlung, falls nicht gewünscht, wird das Mobiliar entfernt.
Der Boden ist Laminat, in beiden Zimmern befindet sich eine Heizung.
Die Busstation Löttrinhauser Str. ist zwei Gehminuten entfernt, von hier kommt man innerhalb von 15 Minuten zur Uni. Bis zum nächsten REWE sind es ca. drei Minuten zu Fuß. Bis in die Innenstadt braucht man ca. 20min mit dem Bus, dieser fährt auch nachts noch.
Ansich sehr ruhiges Wohnungsumfeld.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt an der Straße, sowie Nebenstaße gegeben.
Für Studenten sollten die Eltern den Mietvertrag unterschreiben.
