Ich suche für meine 3-Zimmer Wohnung zum 01.07.2017 einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, eine kleine Küche mit Einbauschrank und im grozügigen Wohnzimmer ist bereits ein Kabelanschluss vorhanden.
Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind gefliest.

Mein 2Play Anschluss (120 MBit/s) von Unitymedia kann bei Einzug gerne übernommen werden.
Die Nächste U-/ S-Bahn Station ist am Stadthaus und ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Auch das Stadewäldchen und die Innenstadt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Großmarktschänke ist gleich um die Ecke.;)
Die 120€ beziehen sich auf die aktuelle Abschlagssumme an die dew21 für Strom und Gas bei zwei Personen.
