Alle Fenster wurden 2016 komplett erneuert, die Küche gehört zur Wohnung und wurde 2016 neu eingebaut.

15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, 7 Minuten von St.-Reinoldi-Kirche,
5 Minuten von Kaiserstraße mit Bäckereien, Rewe, DM, Cafés, Restaurants. 3 Minuten zur U-Bahn Ostentor.
