Tageslicht-Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Küche, großer Wohn- und Essbereich, zwei weitere helle Räume, Diele und Dachterrasse mit Sonne von Mittags bis zum Sonnenuntergang und Blick auf das "U" und die Kreuzkirche.
Im Sommer Blick in grüne Baumkronen, Straße dann nicht mehr sichtbar.
Generell ist die Wohnung auch sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist NICHT WG-GEEIGNET!
Mitten im Kreuzviertel, gute Bus- und U-Bahn-Anbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Bars, Restaurants, Post etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt oder ins Stadion. Sehr nette Nachbarschaft.
Küche und Möbel wie Esstisch oder Regal können bei Bedarf übernommen werden.
