Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert. Neben neuem Laminat, wurden auch neue Fenster und ein neuer Spritzschutz für die Küche eingebaut und auch das Badezimmer hat neue Amaturen bekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, da den ganzen Tag die Sonne herein scheint, allerdings wird es nicht zu warm, da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt.
Im Haus gibt es 6 Parteien, wobei ein sehr schönes Nachbarschaftsverhältnis herrscht.
Die Wohnung liegt so gut, dass mit Bus und Bahn innerhalb von 15 Minuten die Bochumer Innenstadt und innerhalb von 20 Minuten die Dortmunder Innenstadt zu erreichen sind.
Der Stadtteil Lütgendortmund hat sehr viele grüne Flächen, sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlen kann.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß von 5 Minuten im Stadtkern gut zu erreichen und auch Aldi, Rewe, Penny und Netto sind alle nur 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
