Hallo, ich suche zum 31.05.2014 oder evtl. früher einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin für eine schöne helle Zwei-Zimmerwohnung in Dortmund-Marten. Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Wohnküche die sehr hell ist mit Tür zum Schlafzimmer, sowie zum Flur. Ein Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche / Badewanne. Es ist also alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Das kleine Zimmer hat 12m² und das größere Zimmer hat 16m². Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und hat eine optimale Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Der Revierpark Wischlingen liegt ganz in der Nähe um zu entspannen. Meldet euch bei Interesse telefonisch oder per Mail (Schreibt bitte per Mail ein paar Sätze zu eurer Person).

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und hat eine optimale Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Wer ein Auto besitzt hat immer eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein Aldi, Penny, Rewe Markt. Der Indu-Park bietet sich auch sehr gut zum Einkaufen an. Und Ikea ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Der Flur und die Küche sind mit Klicklaminat ausgelegt. Die beiden Zimmer sind jeweils mit Teppich ausgelegt. Die Bodenbeläge und der Teppich können gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden. Im Keller gibt es die Möglichkeit bei Bedarf sein Fahrrad ab zu stellen. Der Dachboden bietet genügend Platz um im Sommer die Wäsche dort bequem zu trocknen.
