Da ich ab November nach Köln ins Referendariat starten werde, möchte ich meine kleine aber wunderschöne Wohnung gerne für die Zeit (Nov. 2023 - Mai 2025) möbliert untervermieten. Drinnen lassen würde ich alle Möbel, Küche, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat einen Balkon. Sie ist für eine Person perfekt.
Die Gesamtmiete (inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet, GEZ) beträgt 600 Euro.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im schönen und beliebten Kreuzviertel. In unmittelbarer Nähen befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (inkl. Biomarkt), Kneipen und viele Cafés. Der Tremoniapark und Westpark sind in 5 bzw. 10 Minuten zu erreichen und die Bolmke ist auch nicht weit weg. Die Bahnhaltestelle Möllerbrücke sowie eine Bushaltestelle sind in 3 Minuten erreicht.
