It is therefore suitable as a shared apartment, for a family, a couple, or a single person. The apartment has a newish built-in kitchen.

Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermärkte, Drogerie, Apotheke, etc) sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. A tram stop is a two-minute walk away, so you can reach TU Dortmund and FH Dortmund in about 15 minutes. You can reach Dortmund main station in a two-minute tram ride or a 10 minute walk.
