Potenzielle Mieter, die die Küche übernehmen, werden bei der Auswahl bevorzugt. Ein Balkon ist vorhanden, auf dem man sich im sich im Sommer gut sonnen kann. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Weitere Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch) können bei Interesse ebenfalls übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in der Innenstadt. Ein Netto ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn-Station befindet sich 3, der Hauptbahnhof 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Ein DSL-Anschluss mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 50 Mbit ist vorhanden und müsste übernommen werden (20€ pro Monat, ab März 2018 30€ pro Monat).
