Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock eines freundlichen Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie hat zwei annähernd gleich große Zimmer, ein kleines frisch renoviertes Bad und eine große Wohnküche. Alle Zimmer liegen nach Westen, so dass die Wohnung sehr hell und freundlich ist.
Sie wurde bereits sowohl als WG, als auch als Pärchen Wohnung genutzt, beides klappt super. :)
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in einer Seitenstraße der Saarlandstraße. In einem Radius von 70m liegen zwei Rewe Märkte, zwei Eisdielen, ein Cafe, zwei Apotheken, eine Pizzeria, eine Dönerbude, zwei Blumenläden und vieles mehr...sprich, die Lage ist traumhaft.
Die U-Bahn Station Saarlandstraße ist in 4min zu Fuß erreichbar, von hier aus ist man in 2 Minuten in der Innenstadt, in 7min am Hauptbahnhof und in ca 20min an der Uni.
Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15min sowohl in der Innenstadt als auch am Westpark bzw. im Kreuzviertel.
