Ich suche zum 1.9.2017 einen Nachmieter/in für eine helle, toll geschnittene Wohnung in zentraler Lage in Dortmund. Alle Räume gehen vom zentralen Flur ab. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine kleine Küche mit Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Alternativ gibt es auch einen Waschkeller mit Waschmaschinenplatz für die Wohnung. Der Dachboden kann zum Trocken der Wäsche genutzt werden. Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung ein Abstellraum im Keller. Der Garten (kleiner Hinterhof) kann mit benutzt werden.
Die Küche (Möbel, Herd und Kühlschrank) bleibt in der Wohnung und soll vom Nachmieter für 790€ abgekauft werden.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von 2 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen, zum Bahnhof sind es nur 2 U-Bahn- Haltestellen.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind Einzelhandelsläden, sowie Kleingewerbe, Apotheken und auch Ärzte. Die Dortmunder Innenstadt ist ebenfalls fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichben.
