Ich suche Nachmieter für meine schnuckelige 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Dortmunder Unionviertel.
Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 57qm. Die Wohnung ist im 2015 komplett renoviert.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei separaten und vom Flur aus begehbaren Zimmern, eine große Küche, Diele und ein Bad mit Duschwanne.
Die Küche (E-Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Tisch,Ober- und Unterschränke) beinhaltet eine Einbauküche im sehr gutem Zustand, die gegen 2000 Euro VB übernommen werden soll .
Die Neben und Betriebskostenvorauszahlung beträgt 150 Euro.
Heiz- sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
70 Euro Kaltnebenkosten + 80 Euro Heizkosten
Die tolle Lage der Wohnung spricht für sich. Im Union Viertel sind alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs fußläufig zu erreichen. Und auch die Innenstadt ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Kreuzviertel und der Westpark und somit viele schöne Restaurants, Cafés, Supermarkt sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Die ÖPNV Anbindung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die U Bahnstation "Heinrischstraße." ist, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, mit fuß vor der Haustür. Die S Bahn Station "Möllerbrücke" ist in nur 5 Minuten erreicht und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in knapp 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es ist eine Kaution von 800 Euro zu zahlen. Meldet euch gerne per Mail zur eurer Person und zu wann ihr die Wohnung beziehen wollt. Ich bin zeilich sehr flexible was Besichtigung angeht.
