Ich habe in der Wohnung 3,5 Jahren gewohnt und jetzt muss ich wegen Arbeit ausziehen.
Suche einen Nachmieter für die Wohnung.
Sie müssen den Vertrag mit dem Mieter unterschrieben, nicht mit mir.
Die Küche (mit Backofen, Kühlschrank ...) und Waschmaschin, ein Doppelbett (Matratze und Lattenrost inklusiv) und ein großes Sofa (alles in einer sehr gut Zustand) müssen mit einem Abschlag Preis von 700 Euro übergenommen werden.
Tisch und Stühle können nach Absprache auch übergenommen werden.
Die Wasser und Heizkosten sind schon im Warmmeite inklusiv. (Außer Nachzahlung)
Storm und Internet muss allerdings selbst mit Anbieter einen Vertrag unterschreiben.
Ich habe momentan Storm von DSW21 und Internet von Unitymedia.

I have been living here for 3 and half years and felt very comfortable and convenient.
You have to sign the contract with the landlord by yourself.
I would like to leave my full equipped kitchen (with oven, refrigerator), wash machine, a sofa and a comfortable double bed to the next tenant with a price of 700 Euro. Other furnitures like tables or closet can be also purchased after discussion.
With all these furniture, you can just move in without any problem and extra moving cost.
The price already include water and heater
Internet and electricity are not inclusive, here you have to sign another contract with the Internet and electricity providers. (depend on your usage and provider it could be around 70-110 Euro per month)

Rheinoldikirche ist in 7 min zuFuß erreichbar.
HBF 20 min zufuß oder 3 Station mit U-bahn
Die Wohnung liegt im 4.OG (Dachgeschoss) von einer Mehrfamiliehaus.
Die Nachbarn sind alle netten Deutsche Familie.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (DM, REWE, Post, Restaurant, Cafes, Bank...) (berühmte Kaiserviertel ist ebenso nur 5 min Fußweg)

Located in the city center of Dortmund.
7 min walk to the city Rheinoldikirche, 20 min walk to main train station (HBF)
5 min walk to the nearst U bahn station.
In front of the house there is also parking lots for the residents.
The apartment located in the 4th floor of a multi-family house (No elevator). There other neighbors who live in the house are all very nice german families.
It is a quiet and safe area,
Famous Kaiserviertel is just 5 min walk away, where your can easily buy food or groceries. (Rewe, DM, Bank, Apothek, Restraunts, Post....) are all just 5 min walk away!
Toilette befindet sich allerdings im Flur. (!!) (Deswegen ist die Mietpreis so günstig)
Aber es ist privat, keine Mitbenutzung. Und in Dachgeschoss gibt auch keine Flurdurchgänger.
Ich habe kein Problem damit.
Bitte achte diese Punkte bevor Sie einen Termin vereinbaren.

There is a basement where you can store your belongs or bikes.
At the back yard of the house is a small garden and the trash cans.
The toilet is located at the stair floor (!!) That is why the rent is with a competitive price
But it is privat use, just the location is at the stair floor. You have a key to lock it
But because it is a the top floor, no other neighbors will be passing by.
I have no problem with it through these years although I am a girl.
Please note this point before you make an appointment!!!
