Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne vollmöblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Garten vorübergehend an Kurzzeitmieter, wegen einem Auslandsaufenthalt.
Ab 15.September kann die Wohnung gemietet werden bis einschließlich 15. Dezember 2019. Die befristete Mietdauer beträgt also ca. drei Monate.
Ab dem 16. Dezember 2019 ziehen wir wieder selber in unsere Wohnung ein.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 85 qm groß und liegt in einem 4-Parteien Haus.
Sie ist sehr hell und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (Hochparterre). Sie hat 3 Zimmer, bestehend aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80m breiten Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer mit einer Ausziehcouch und einem Esszimmer.
Außerdem gibt es eine vollausgestattete Einbauküche, ein Bad und einen Wintergarten. Über den Wintergarten gelangt man über 5 Treppenstufen direkt in den wunderschönen Garten mit Terrasse und Sitzgelegenheiten.
Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Flat-TV mit Apple TV, der gerne benutzt werden darf (kein Satellit, sondern alles über Internet).
W-LAN vorhanden und ebenfalls im Preis enthalten.
Die Maximalbelegung der Wohnung sind 2 Erwachsene. Ggf. kann nach Rücksprache auch ein Kleinkind mit rein.
Der angegebene Preis bezieht sich auf eine Belegung mit 2 Personen.

We rent our beautiful fully furnished 3-room apartment with garden temporarily to short-term tenants, because of a stay abroad.
From 15.September the apartment can be rented until 15 December 2019. The rental period is about three months.
From the 16th of December 2019 we move back to our apartment ourselves.
The apartment is about 85 square meters and is located in a 4-party house.
It is very bright and is located on the ground floor (mezzanine floor). It has 3 rooms consisting of a bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a dining room.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a conservatory. Via the winter garden you can reach 5 steps directly into the beautiful garden with terrace and seating.
The living room has a large flat screen TV with Apple TV, the like may be used (no satellite, but everything on the Internet).
W-LAN available and also included in the price.
The max. occupancy of the apartment is 2 adults.
The indicated price refers to an occupancy of 2 persons.
Top Lage:
Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage am Randes des Kreuzviertels, eines der schönsten und beliebtesten Viertel Dortmunds, nur 500 m Luftlinie vom BVB-Stadion entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt an einer verkehrsberuhigten breiten Allee mit vielen freien Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür.
Die TU Dortmund liegt ca. 10 Min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Super für Studenten und/oder Dozenten.
Ebenso ist die Messe Dortmund fussläufig erreichbar (12-15 Min zu Fuß).
In die Innenstadt sind es ebenso 15 Min zu Fuß oder alternativ mit dem Bus ca. 3-5 Min Fahrzeit.
Zum BVB-Stadion läuft man max. 5 Min.
Unzählige süße kleine Cafés, Kneipen/Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte sind fussläufig in max. 10-15 Min erreichbar.
Z.B. Café Froilein Meier, eines unserer Lieblingscafés, mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und dem bestem Kaffee ist nur 7 Min Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt.
Ein schöner kleiner Park (Tremoniapark) zum Spazierengehen und Joggen ist in 3 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, einem Besuch eines BVB-Spiels und die Dortmunder Messehallen (ca. 12 Min zu Fuß)

Perfect location:
Very quiet and central location on the edge of the Kreuzviertel, one of Dortmund's most beautiful and popular districts, just 500 meters as the crow flies from the BVB Stadium.
The apartment is located on a pedestrianized wide avenue with many free parking right outside the front door.
The TU Dortmund is about 10 minutes away by bike. Great for students and / or lecturers.
Likewise, the fair Dortmund is within walking distance (12-15 min walk).
The city center is also 15 minutes on foot or alternatively by bus about 3-5 minutes driving time.
To BVB Stadium you run max. 5 min.
Countless sweet little cafes, pubs / restaurants and small shops are within walking distance in max. 10-15 minutes reachable.
For example, Café Froilein Meier, one of our favorite cafés, with home-baked cake and the best coffee is just 7 minutes walk from the apartment.
A nice little park (Tremoniapark) for walking and jogging is in 3 minutes walking distance.
Ideal starting point for excursions, a visit to a BVB game and the Dortmund exhibition halls (about 12 minutes on foot)
In der Zeit während die Wohnung vermietet wird, sind wir selber nicht vor Ort, aber es gibt einen Ansprechpartner für Fragen rund um die Wohnung oder falls mal etwas sein sollte.
Am liebsten wäre es, wenn wir uns bevor ihr einzieht einmal kurz kennenlernen würden, insofern dies logistisch möglich ist.

In the time while the apartment is rented, we are not on site ourselves, but there is a contact person for questions about the apartment or if something should be.
It would be best if we would get to know each other briefly before she moves in, insofar as this is logistically possible.
