Zwei Zimmer WG Wohnung zum 01.04.2021 am Tremoniapark zur Zwischenmiete. Zentral und trotzdem im Grünen

Hallo,


da ich die Möglichkeit habe, für ein Jahr im Grünen zu wohnen, biete ich hier meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Sie wird komplett ausgestattet vermietet, nur den Kühlschrank, müsst ihr noch selber befüllen.

Durch zwei fast gleich große (ca.13qm) Zimmer eignet sich die Wohnung hervorragend als WG.
Beide Zimmer haben jeweils ein Bett (1,4 x 2 m), 2er Sofa, Schreibtisch und Regal bzw. Schränke. Bei Bedarf kann auch umgeräumt werden, so daß ein Schlaf und ein Wohnzimmer entstehen.

Zur Küche gehören: Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Gasherd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Töpfe Geschirr, Besteck etc.
Im Bad sind Dusche und Badewanne separat, Bad und Toilette sind getrennt.
W-Lan wird gestellt.

You will get a cosy flat with two rooms the same size, bathroom with separated bath and shower, toilet room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The flat suits perfect for two flat mates.
It is located behind the small and not overcrowded Tremonia park, where you can make yoga, go for a walk, make a bbq, play soccer or simply read a book, on the meadow.
Next bus, train or tram is 10min walk but my city bikes can be used. By bike you will be in 10min at the Fachhochschule and 15min at the University.
My flat is all inclusive: furnitures, dishes, oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, bed with duvet and w-lan, power, heater, water all included in the rent, just all you need to live in, you just need to fill the fridge.
