Die Wohnung ist mit hochwertigem Echtholzboden ausgestattet, verfügt über Kellerabteil und Abstellkammer auf halber Treppe, sowie einen separaten kleinen Raum für die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
Die Küche wurde vor 3 Jahren extra für die Wohnung angefertigt und soll übernommen werden von Nachmieter*in. Ablösesummer ist 900€, NP war 1900€.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Stadtzentrum. U-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Brunnenstraße sind innerhalb von 2min erreichbar, von hier sind es 5 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, 2 Minuten mit der Bahn in die Innenstadt (Reinoldikirche).
Zu Fuß erreicht man die Innenstadt in rund 15min, den Hauptbahnhof ebenfalls.
Supermärkte, Drogerie, Baumarkt, Bäcker, diverse Imbisse und Restaurants ist alles innerhalb von 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
