Hallo,
deine bzw. eure neuen Zimmer wären ca. 15 qm groß. Sie sind bis auf die Fenster gleich. In der Anzeige ist nur das Bild eines Zimmers. Die Wohnung hat sonst eine schöne große Küche, für die Einbauküche und Lampen wäre die Ablösevereinbarung. Über den Endgültigenpreis könnten wir nochmal sprechen. Die Zimmer wären unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Die nächste Stadtbahnstation ist ca. 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, mit der sind es dann ca. 5 Minuten bis zu der Einkaufststraße in der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß wäre es etwas mehr als 10 min.
Die wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Aldi, Lidl oder Kaufland sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich der Hoeschpark mit Fußball-, Football-, Tennis- und Baseballfeldern.
Wenn die TU wieder Präsenzveranstaltungen anbietet, wäre sie in ca. 25 min erreichbar, die FH schneller.
JP Perfomance ist zu Fuß auch nur 6-7 min entfernt.
Besichtigungen können wir gerne online oder vor Ort machen, da bin ich sehr offen.
