Ich suche zum 1.5. oder 1.6. einen Nachmieter für meine gut geschnittene 2-Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist nur 2km von der Uni entfernt.
Die S-Bahn ist fußläufig in 2min zu erreichen (1 Station bis Uni, 10min bis zum Hbf/Innenstadt).
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
In den Nebenkosten sind bereits die Stromkosten enthalten. Es kommt also nur noch Telefon/Internet hinzu.
Die Heizung läuft über eine Fußbodenheizung. Man bekommt also keine kalten Füße ;-).
