Temporary rent in Neustadt - Albertplatz

My beautiful fully furnished apartment with terrace and grill will be free from 27.10.23 till 24.11.23.

It is perfectly located in Neustadt/Albertplatz, near to all the restaurants, cafes and bars, but still super silent since it's located in an inner street. It has everything you need, including washing machine in the bathroom. There is one bedroom and one double sofa bed, but the place will be rented to one or two people, maximum.

1 minute walk to the tram stop, 3 minute walk to rewe, konsum and apotheke.
I am asking for 250 euro deposit that will be returned to you fully minus a 50 euro fee if cleaning is required after your stay.

The price is the monthly rent, and will be recalculated according to the dates of your stay.

Meine schöne vollmöblierte Wohnung mit Terrasse und Grill ist vom 27.10.23 bis 24.11.23 frei.

Es hat eine perfekte Lage in Neustadt/Albertplatz, in der Nähe aller Restaurants, Cafés und Bars, aber trotzdem super ruhig, da es in einer inneren Straße liegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was Sie brauchen, einschließlich einer Waschmaschine im Badezimmer. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und ein Doppelschlafsofa, die Unterkunft wird jedoch an maximal ein oder zwei Personen vermietet.

1 Gehminute zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle, 3 Gehminuten zu Rewe, Konsum und Apotheke.
Ich verlange eine Kaution von 250 Euro, die Ihnen abzüglich einer Gebühr von 50 Euro vollständig zurückerstattet wird, wenn nach Ihrem Aufenthalt eine Reinigung erforderlich ist.

Der Preis ist die monatliche Miete und wird entsprechend den Daten Ihres Aufenthalts neu berechnet.
