Our family apartment is perfect set for parents and 1-2 children.
The living room is modern and light and offers tv, sofa and a new high end treadmill.
The dining gives your family space for proper dinners but also provides ann office space. From here you can enter the balcony towards the quiet garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, oven, fridge and microwave, as well as all sorts of plates, pots and cutlery.
The lovely kids room gives your children space to play and a cozy sleeping area.
The other bedroom is small but cozy, with a French double bed and a big closet.
The bathroom offers a bathtub and a shower. Here you can find a laundry. In the basement and outside is space for your wet cloths.
The apartment is in a modernized old building. Through the big walls it stays cool in the summer. In the winter the floor heater keeps you nice warm.
The apartment is located 2 minutes from the river Elbe with its lovely green surrounding. I’m walking distance you can reach the university clinic, the CRTD for regenerative therapies, the max Planck institute for molecular cell biology and genetics and other institutes.
The old city center is just 10 minutes by bus or bicycle away.
There are several supermarkets and a handful of restaurants close by.
We are on a 6 months family trip while you can live in our cozy place. It will therefore be fully equipped with daily life accessories.( kitchen items, plants, books, …) and some toys and books for your child or children.
We are familiar to the area and can help you with any kind of information you will need to get along.
