Wir ziehen aus und das ist Dein Glück!
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen der Neustadt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großen offenen Wohn/Essbereich mit einer Einbauküche. Daher für WG`s eher ungeeignet.Das Bad besitzt kein Fenster, was man aber verschmerzen kann. Der Balkon lädt nach Feierabend zum Entspannen ein, da er zum Hinterhaus ausgerichtet ist. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist super. Bis zum Albertplatz sind es 5 Minuten. Die Linien 13,6 und 11 sind in ein paar Minuten erreicht. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sowie viele Bars, Cafès und Restaurants sind ebenfalls gleich in eurer Nähe. Es fehlt Dir/Euch also an nichts ;)
Das geplante Einzugsdatum ist der 01.07.2014. (Aber da sind wir flexibel.)
Gerne kannst Du/Ihr vorbeikommen und die Wohnung angucken. Am besten schreibt ihr mir eine E-Mail und wir melden uns dann :)
