Alle Zimmer (außer Bad) schauen nach Süden und sind vom Flur aus einzeln begehbar. Die Küche ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Vom großen Wohnzimmer geht der 12 m² Balkon ab, der nach Süd-Westen zeigt. Ca. ab Mittag ist dort Sonne und das bis zum Abend. Das Bad ist innenliegend mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Keller ist auch ein Fahrradabstellraum zu finden.
Die Waschmaschine steht im Keller, ist aber meine private, also keine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine :).
Vermietung nur für den vollen Zeitraum! Nach Absprache kann ich die Mietzeit bis maximal Ende August verlängern.
All rooms are seperated and have sun all day. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped. There is a big balcony (12 m²) with sun from midday until sunset. Inlying bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Bicycle storage room and my private washing machine are in the basement.
I rent the apartment only for the whole time! It is possible to maximize the renting time until end of august.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG eines freistehenden Hinterhauses in der Königsbrücker Straße, nahe Schauburg. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist also prima: direkt "vor der Tür" fahren die Straßenbahnen 7 und 8 in die Altstadt bzw. zur Universität und die 13 durch die gesamte Neustadt und weiter auf die altstädter Seite. Die Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind ebenso nah: Apotheke, REWE, Biomarkt, Bäcker usw. nicht weiter als 2 Minuten entfernt. Die Bars, Kneipen und Clubs der Neustadt erreicht man super bequem zu Fuß und ist dennoch nicht mitten drin im Trubel.
The Apartment is in the 2nd floor at Königsbrücker Straße (Königsbrücker street) Close to a small cinema called Schauburg. Tramstation for lines 7(to City), 8 (to City and University) and 13 (University too) are in front of the house. Supermarket (Organic and ordinary), pharmacy, bakery etc. are super close. Bars, restaurants and all the good "Neustadt-stuff" are close too.
Eine Vermietung als WG ist nach Absprache möglich, jedoch erhöht sich die Miete, wenn die Wohnung durch zwei Personen genutzt und somit die Nebenkosten belastet werden.
Renting as a shared flate or for couples possbile, but the rent will be higher because of the higher utilities.
