Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, besonders das Bad wurde liebevoll saniert. Sie beteht aus einem großen Hauptzimmer und einem ca 10qm großen zweiten Zimmer, das sich als Schlaf Arbeits oder Abstellzimmer eignet. Auf der Anderen Straßenseite gibt es keine Nachbarn man blickt direkt ins Grüne und keiner kann einem reinglotzen.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist dadurch auch äuserst entspannt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Gründerzeitviertel, die Neustadt ist ca 10min zu Fuß entfernt die Elbe ca 5. Lidl und Netto sind auch in direkter nähe(5-7min). Die Haltestellen Großenhainer Platz so wie Puschkin Platz sind zu fuß auch in ca 5min erreichbar (linien 3,4,9)
Es besteht die möglichkeit, diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände (Sofa, Küche, Badschrank, Bett, Bücherregal)
Günstig ab zu lösen.
