I am moving out from my apartment soon, and I am looking for a new tenant. The apartment is located in a very nice and quiet area in Südvorstadt, close to the university. It is partially furnished, I am selling the furniture for about 600 euros (but the price is up to negotiation). The apartment also has a newly built balcony and a fairly big cellar (Kellerraum).

Die Wohnung befindet sich an den Buslinien 61 und 62 in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Technischen Universität (etwa 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zum Hörsaalzentrum), sodass die Wohnung gut für Studenten geeignet ist. Auch die Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar (etwa 5 min mit dem Bus).
