Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre – auf den Fotos das unterste von insgesamt vier Stockwerken. Der jetzige Mieter bewohnte sie bis vor kurzem, wird aber aus Altersgründen ausziehen, die Wohnung wird im Juni/Juli renoviert.
Es befinden sich Parkettböden in allen Zimmern, die Wohnung ist fast vollständig im originalen Zustand der 20er Jahre. Sie ist sehr hell und hat neben den vier Wohnräumen zusätzliche Räume (große Diele, Wintergarten, große Abstellkammer, Speisekammer).
Das Haus ist sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof gelegen – mit einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung. Es muß allerdings betont werden, daß in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses der Neubau der Bahnhofstuntertunnelung begonnen hat und noch in den nächsten Jahren umfangreiche Bautätigkeiten in der Nachbarschaft zu erwarten sind.
Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen schön, die Lage kann aber nicht als »ruhig« bezeichnet werden ...
Alle Zimmer münden in eine zentrale Diele -- auch die Nutzung als 4-er-WG ist denkbar.
