My beautiful apartment located near the Schloss Benrath would be available from June 1st.
It has 2 bedrooms but one turned into an office room, which could be also used as a guest room. A big living room, bathroom, and a kitchen.
There are two convertible sofas for hosting friends, both are quite comfortable as I don't save on comfort. All the furniture is of high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fairly big fridge, coffee maker and all kinds of different random cooking gadgets. There is a Velux-quasi balcony one could use.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the bedrooms are located towards the residential backyards which makes sleeping comfortable in combination with the ergodic mattress I have invested in.
And of course, you'll be able to register and have the mailbox all to yourself.

Meine möbilierte, charmante Wohnung in der Nähe des Schloss Benrath ist ab 1. Juni verfügbar, da ich verreisen werde.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, wovon eines ein Büro ist, das auch als Gästezimmer genutzt werden könnte, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Küche.
Es gibt zwei ausziehbare Sofas, beide sind bequem, da ich nicht am Komfort spare. Alle Möbel sind von hoher Qualität. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Backofen, einem ziemlich großen Kühlschrank, einer Kaffeemaschine und allen möglichen anderen Kochutensilien. Es gibt einen Velux Quasibalkon, den man nutzen kann.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und die Schlafzimmer liegen zu den Hinterhöfen, was das Schlafen in Kombination mit der ergonomischen Matratze, in die ich investiert habe, sehr angenehm macht.
