also die Wohnung liegt im 5ten Stock (ja ich weiss... aber damit ist Cardio schon inbegriffen:) ) in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße vom Bilk S direkt im Herzen von Bilk.
Du hast ein Zimmer mit 2 Fenstern zur ruhigen Seite und dann einen kleinen Flur der ans Bad und die Küche abgrenzt.
Hier hält sowohl die S Bahn als auch die Normale Bahn.
Bilk ist für mich das schönste Viertel in Düsseldorf,nah am Rhein und der Altstadt.Hier gibt es unzählige Bars und Restaurants ,sowie Cafes und allerlei Freizeitmöglichkeiten.
Das Viertel ist noch sehr Grün und der Supermarkt ist 1 Min entfernt sowie die Düsseldorfer Arkaden.
Bevorzugt bitte über Whats app melden über Wg gesucht ist das immer etwas unübersichtlich und bitte zu humanen Zeiten also nicht um 24h in der Woche xD.
Ansonsten freu ich mich auf die Anschreiben bitte beachten Sie jedoch das es sich erstmal um eine Zwischenmiete vom 01.10 bis 01.11 handelt.
