Biete mein wunderschön gelegenes, möbliertes Studio an. Bei betreten der Wohnung erreicht man über einen kleinen Flur das großzügige Badezimmer und den großen Wohnraum (inkl. Küche) und schöner Aussicht Richtung EY-Tower. Das Studio ist für eine bis zwei Personen gedacht. Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Studio ist im 4. OG.
Mittlerweile verfügt die Küche über eine erweiterte Arbeitsplatte (120cm), einen größeren Kühlschrank mit Gefrierkombination sowie einer Spülmaschine. Ebenso befindet sich nun ein großer Kleiderschrank in der Wohnung.
Wichtige Eckdaten:
1. Wohnung muss vollmöbliert (Bis auf persönliche Gegenstände wie TV, Pfannen und Zeugs halt) gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden (€1000).
2. Einzug nur für 1 Person, keine Pärchen oä, keine Untermiete.
3. Untermieter muss eigene Haftpflichtversicherung vorweisen.

Hi, my name's Aref and Im offering my furnished Studio in prestine location at the city center of Dusseldorf. When entering the appartement through, theres the hallway leading to the separate, generous bathroom, and the Studio itself which includes a small kitchen, fully equipped. The appartment has large windows facing the EY-Tower directed towards the back of the building. The studio usually accomodates one person. Studio is fully furnished. 4th floor.
The kitchen has recently been expanded by 120 cm for more surface area, there is a larger fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. Additionally, there now is a large closet in the apartment.
Important:
1. Fully furnished apartment except utilities (things like TV, Pots, Stuff) must be taken over for a fee of 1000€.
2. Single apartment, no couples, no sub-rent.
3. Personal liability insurance is must.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in absolut zentraler Lage im Herzen Carlstadt's, dem Künstler/Galerienviertel Düsseldorfs direkt neben der Altstadt. Allerdings liegt die Wohnung direkt am Speeschen Graben, weshalb der Rummel aus der Altstadt, welche nur 2 min Fußläufig entfernt ist, hier einem erspart bleibt.
Entsprechend liegt die Wohnung in 2./3. Reihe zum Rheinufer (Wiese, Kasematten, Burgplatz), sprich auch hier wieder 2 min Fußläufig. Man hört nichts vom Verkehr da das Gebäude lediglich an einer Einbahnstraße läuft, es ist kein Problem Nachts das Fenster geöffnet zu lassen.
Selbstverständlich ist die Wohnung auch ideal angebunden: Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist am unteren Ende der Poststrasse (sprich 1min), die U-Bahn ebenso nur 2min entfernt (Benrather Strasse) bzw. die Heinrich-Heine-Allee (5 min).
Carlstadt zeichnet sich nicht nur über die tollen kleinen Boutiquen und Geschäfte aus, sondern auch über den Carlsplatz (1 min), auf welchem der tägliche Markt stattfindet. Direkt um den Carlsplatz herum findet man Supermärkte (Rewe, Lidl), diverse Bäcker. Allerdings steht man dann auch schon mit einem Bein in der Altstadt, und diese bietet einem sowieso unbegrenzte Möglichkeiten.

The Studio is located at the very heart of Carlstadt, famous for its upper-class shops, artists and galleries. However, the Studio itself is right in front of the park "Speescher Graben" which avoids all the trouble/noise levels one gets from the Altstadt, which is just 2 minutes away by foot.
Likewise, the river "Rhine" and most notably the "Rheinuferwiese", "Kasematten" and "Burgplatz" are 2 mins away as the Studio lies in 2./3. row from the river. The traffic here is marginal considering the one-way street surrounding the building, as the windows go towards the back of the building, the noise level at nights is zero.
Naturally, all means of public transport are close by: The tram is at the bottom of the "Poststrasse" thus 1 min away. The underground station "Benrather Strasse" right next to the famouns "Carlsplatz" is 2 mins away, while the very busy "Heinrich-Heine-Allee" station is 5 minutes away.
"Carlstadt" is very well known for its Boutiques and upper-class stores, though most notably has the Carlsplatz (1 min) away, where a fresh market takes place every day. Right around the "Carlsplatz" are supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl), numerous bakeries. Though one has to consider that the Carlsplatz is pretty much the beginning of the "Altstadt", meaning there are endless possibilities either way.
