Hallo,
zum 01. April wird meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung frei. Sie hat zwei Balkone, eine helle Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein ruhiges, da zum Hof gelegenes, Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung liegt direkt auf der Grenze zwischen Derendorf und Pempelfort, somit also in einer schönen, szenigen Gegend mit netten Cafés und kleinen Geschäften. Die FH Düsseldorf ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Uni-Linie 707 hält direkt vor der Tür. Der Rhein ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt und auch bis zur Altstadt sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Da ich selber erst vor anderthalb Jahren dort eingezogen bin und damals den Laminat-Boden verlegt habe, möchte ich dafür gerne einen Abschlag von 250 Euro von meinem Nachmieter.
