Da ich im Februar und März für ein Praktikum nach Hamburg ziehe, möchte ich in dieser Zeit meine gemütliche Wohnung untervermieten. Sie ist 40m2 groß und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einer großen Wohnküche, einem Flur und einem Bad mit Wanne. Bis auf eine Hälfte meines Kleiderschrankes und einer Schubladen unterm Bett, in denen ich meine Sachen verstauen werde, kannst du in der Zeit alle Möbel nutzen.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Birkenstraße im beliebten Stadtteil Flingern. In der Nähe gibt es viele kleine Cafés, Supermärkte und Bars, der Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig 15 Minuten entfernt. Auch eine gute Anbindung an Straßenbahn, U- und S-Bahn ist vorhanden. Da die Wohnung zum Hinterhof raus liegt, ist es für Großstadt-Verhältnisse sehr ruhig.
Die Warmmiete beläuft sich inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, WLAN, Hausverwaltung) auf 820 Euro. Zudem wird eine Kaution von 400 Euro fällig. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib mir gerne ein paar Sätze über dich und was dich nach Düsseldorf verschlägt. Besichtigungen können nach Absprache vor Ort oder gerne auch online stattfinden.
