Wir planen einen Auslandsaufenthalt im Frühjahr/Sommer 2017 und möchten unsere Wohnung von Februar bis Juni vermieten (was das Enddatum angeht sind wir flexibel; also zögert nicht, nachzufragen).
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 komplett eingerichteten Räumen. Davon zwei private Räume mit Schreibtischen (einer mit einem großen Bett, der andere mit einem Gästebett), sowie ein großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung eine kleine aber vollständig ausgestattete Küche, sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

We are a couple from Düsseldorf, who is planning to study abroad for a few months in 2017. We offer our beautiful Apartment from February to June (we are quite flexible regarding the end date, so don’t hesitate to ask, if your planning on staying a few weeks longer or shorter).
The apartment consists of 3 furnished Rooms (two private rooms with desks; one with a large bed, the other with a smaller guest bed and one large and cosy living room) as well as a small but fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, schönen und trendigen Gegend auf der Neanderstraße im Herzen von Fingern. In der Nähe gibt es eine Vielzahl kleiner, außergewöhnlicher Geschäfte, sowie einige Restaurants und Kneipen. Die Wohnung ist ideal an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angeschlossen. Zwei Straßenbahn und S-Bahn Haltestellen liegen in fußläufiger Entfernung. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in knapp 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Universität und FH sind ca. eine halbe Stunde entfernt.

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet, charming and trendy neighbourhood in Düsseldorf-Flingern. You have access to a variety of unique little shops, as well as to restaurants and bars. The connection to public transport could not be any better. You have two tram stations just around the corner, two s-train stations in the area, reachable in just 10 minutes by feet and Düsseldorf main station is about 10 minutes away by tram. Getting to university or FH is easy as well.
Ein oder zwei verantwortungsvolle, ordentliche und nicht zu laute Untermieter wären Ideal - bitte Nichtraucher. Die Miete wird 850€ betragen; dazu kommen 1500 € Kaution. (W-lan, Heizung, Strom mit inbegriffen) Wir freuen uns über eure Rückmeldung.

We would prefer one or two nice non-smoking tenants, who are responsible, tidy and not too noisy. The rent will be 850€ + 1500€ Deposit (including Wi-Fi, heating and electricity). We are looking forward to your reply.
